YOUR PUP'S HOME AWAY FROM HOME STARTS HERE!

We want you to feel good about where your dog stays, and we want to feel confident we can give them the care they need. With just a few dogs sharing our home, every guest helps shape the experience. Our getting-to-know-you process gives us a chance to learn about your pup and gives you a chance to get to know us, too.  We consider their temperament, energy level, and care needs so we can welcome dogs who are comfortable here together.

Steps to Your Pup's First Stay
 

 1. CHECK ELIGIBILITY & PRICING.

Before filling out our inquiry form, please take a moment to review our Eligibility & Pricing page to make sure PupMont feels like the right fit for your dog and your needs.
If you’re unsure about any of our eligibility requirements, our FAQ  goes into more detail about the types of dogs who do best in our home.

 2. TELL US ABOUT YOUR DOG.

Please share a few details about your dog using our inquiry form below. This helps us get to know their personality, habits, and any special needs. Once we review it, we’ll reach out to confirm whether a meet-and-greet is the next
best step.

3. REVIEW THE SERVICE AGREEMENT.

Before scheduling the meet & greet, we ask all new clients to review and verbally agree to  our service agreement, so we can make sure our care approach and policies are a good fit before meeting in person. The agreement would need to be signed before any bookings.

4. COME SEE OUR HOME IN SAN MATEO.

This is our chance to get to know each other. You’ll tour our home, and your dog can sniff around to give their approval. Meet and greets ( typically last about 20–30 minutes. Remember to bring all your questions!
