Our Intake Process
1. TELL US ABOUT YOUR DOG.
To be considered for care, please share a few details about your dog using our inquiry form below. This helps us get to know their personality, habits, and any special needs. Once we review it, we’ll reach out to confirm whether a meet-and-greet is the next
best step.
2. REVIEW THE SERVICE AGREEMENT.
Before scheduling the meet & greet, we ask all new clients to review and sign our service agreement, so we can make sure our care approach and policies are a good fit before meeting in person.
3. COME SEE OUR HOME.
This is our chance to get to know each other. You’ll tour our home, and your dog can sniff around to give their approval. Meet & greets typically last about 20–30 minutes. Remember to bring all your questions!
